About Us

ACM was developed by ACNS Computers to meet the needs of  the insurance industry.  After meeting with small to large agencies it became apparent that a void existed from the initial contact to acceptance.

 

Management needed an easy and effective way to measure the agency's performance.  Agents needed a fast simple way to track their valuable leads through the sales cycle.

 

Many agencies have tried to use generic “Customer Relationship Management (CRM)” programs, but these were not specific to their wants and needs.  ACM was designed from the ground up for the insurance industry.

 

At ACNS one of our core values is a continuous improvement philosophy.  We are only satisfied when we are enhancing existing features or releasing new ones.  We attribute our success to listening to our clients and meeting their desires.  After all who knows better than anyone what works and what doesn’t.

 

We set as a goal to ensure use of the application is simple as possible to implement and use; you are always a click or two away from the information you need.  We have found that this allows agencies to be up and running in no time with minimal training.
